Tera Marie, Licensed and Certified Transaction Coordinator ~ Founder/CEO

Tera  Marie is on a mission to create a team of outstanding Transaction  Coordinators who are passionate about removing the stress of paperwork  in real estate transactions!!  Tera's prior career as a Paralegal prepared her with a unique ability to  understand real estate contracts, escrow instructions, disclosures and  the importance of properly executed paperwork and systems. Tera Marie is a lifelong  resident of Ventura County and takes pride in making the whole real  estate process more pleasant for everyone involved. DRE License #01929072

Christa Clegg-Green, Licensed Transaction Coordinator

Christa’s  strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude are what make her a great TC.  No matter what the issue is, she will figure out a way to get the job  done with a positive attitude and a smile. Christa is the “go-to” girl  for making sure that every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed.  Christa has her California Real Estate License as well as a Bachelor’s  Degree in Business.  DRE License #01920693 

Melissa Van Huisen, Licensed Transaction Coordinator

  

Melissa has over 14 years of experience in the real estate field and has resided in the Conejo Valley for more than 18 years.  Her background gives her an overall strength and knowledge which translates to an expertise she uses to benefit the clients of VCTC.  Her goal is to assist in making sure everyone is informed and at ease during the entire transaction. Our clients know that she is accessible to them and ready to help in any way.  Melissa has been described as hardworking, passionate, attentive, responsive and informative. DRE License # 01874513 

Simone Volkman, Certified Transaction Coordinator

Simone’s friendly and accommodating personality, combined with her attention to detail, ensure a smooth transaction every time. She loves helping her agents free up time to build their businesses and enjoy some time off, too. Simone started at a local real estate brokerage, where she learned all about the details of contracts and disclosures while assisting with broker compliance for the entire office. She brings this knowledge and eagerness to learn new aspects of the contract to every transaction. Simone was born and raised in Ventura County, and now works remotely from Southern Oregon. 

April Baysinger, Administrative Assistant

 April's attention to detail and strong organizational skills make her an important part of the VCTC team.  April’s background was in the mortgage and escrow fields, so she has the ability to give our team a fresh perspective on systems and procedures.  Staying on task and always looking for ways to improve our team is top priority. She continues to reside in Ventura, her hometown.
