Will I have the same Transaction Coordinator on every file?
Yes! Through our Discovery Call process, each agent is carefully paired with a primary TC to ensure a good fit. We have a variety of personalities on the team and one is sure to compliment your working style.
What if my Transaction Coordinator is sick or takes a day off?
Everyone needs a day off and your files will be in good hands! All VCTCs utilize the same systems and are cross-trained in the VCTC way. We are able to seamlessly step in and cover for each other when needed.
How much contact do you have with my clients?
We keep our contact with your clients to a minimum. YOU are our client; buyers and sellers are YOUR clients. We send out our signature Important Dates email and make sure to monitor smooth signing and completion of disclosures, etc., but other than that, our communication is with you directly. We also keep our escrow and lender partners, the other agent and TC in the loop and moving towards the finish line. We want your clients to think of YOU when they want to buy or sell again; not your awesome Transaction Coordinator.
Do you work nights and weekends?
We provide thoughtful, thorough, professional services Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We work hard for you and we play hard on the weekends; taking time to refresh and hit the ground running bright and early Monday morning!
What if a contingency period falls on the weekend?
Contingency periods don’t fall on weekends; they roll over to the next business day (and don't worry, we're on it!). See RPA Item 30.F.
What if the file cancels?
It's a bummer when files cancel, but If you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid.
Will I be able to access my files during the transaction?
If you must; yes! All fully-executed documents are uploaded to your broker’s system in a timely manner.
How do I know exactly what's going on with my transactions?
That's the beauty of having a Transaction Coordinator - you don't need to know every little detail of what's going on with your administrative back end. We prepare a thorough Transaction Summary with timeframes, contact information, pertinent details, and critical information at the outset of a transaction. (Request a sample below.) We keep you updated with timely File Summaries throughout the transaction. You focus on negotiations, inspections and prospecting, and leave the rest to us!
